Vertex In Healthcare UK says it is providing the PACS/RIS platform behind a nationwide AI-supported breast cancer screening programme in Ghana, launched by ARJ Medical as a strategic partner of Soyuz Medical Imaging.
According to the partners, Lunit supplies the AI for breast cancer detection, while Hologic and Siemens Healthineers mammography systems are installed in two mobile screening trucks. The programme aims to improve access to screening and support earlier detection for women across Ghana.
